This is a great place to live as you are just one block away from the Community Center and two blocks away from the Senior Center. In addition, we have an elevator.
We have thirty three units, which vary in size from 480 square feet to 552 square feet. All the units consist of a combined eating/sitting area, a kitchen area, one bedroom, a bathroom and a small storage room. Some have tub and shower; others a walk-in shower with bench.
Each is equipped with an electric range, a refrigerator and an air conditioning unit.
This complex is designated as Non-smoking Heating is by electricity and all have high toilets. The rental rates include all utilities (cable, utilities and laundry facilities) except telephone, special TV package and internet.
Tenants must be at least 55 years of age.
To add your name to the wait list, the prospective tenant must submit an application form.
